i am enjoying hitting the workouts again. can't wait til next week when i can start doing my normal workouts and not these abbreviated lighter ones. 20 calories on the airdyne, 10 clean and presses, 5 sets, no rest.

  1. How are the calories established on the airdyne? I mean to say, how does 20 calories translate into actual time spent on the airdyne? Do you try to maintain a consistent range of rpm while riding, our is it riding as hard as you can for a certain length of time? -Dimitrius
